Shin guards provide shock absorption and facilitate energy dissipation, thereby decreasing the risk of serious injuries from external impact. These machine washable slip-on shin instep guards are lightweight & provide durable protection. These shin/instep protectors pull on and off with ease without slipping and sliding. Excellent for Karate, Taekwondo, MMA, Kickboxing and general combat training and sparring.
